ASSIGNMENT 4 -1 Ways to stay healthy

I do many things to stay healthy everyday. First of all, sound mind is the best way to get out of trouble for my body. I try not to be angry or impatient for possible danger around me. Second, a good amout of working out with my husband is essential for my body. We do jogging two miles everyday and climbing the mountain every weekend. This attitude toward mind and body makes my life healthier than ever.

I think it's important to have a sound mind but it's also very difficult to get. It's amazing that you jog two miles every day. Do you do it in the morning or evening?
